Cancellation Policy Overview

Cancellation policy:

At SNS Elite Travel LLC, we are committed to providing seamless and unforgettable travel experiences. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our Booking & Cancellation Policy before finalizing your reservation.

  1. Payment & Cancellation Policy

​All vacation bookings, including flights, cruises, hotels, merchandise, and package deals, are non-refundable and non-transferrable  unless otherwise stated by the supplier.​Once a deposit or full payment is made, the booking is subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the airline, cruise line, hotel, resort, or tour operator.​ If a payment deadline is missed, your booking may be canceled automatically by the supplier, and any payments made will be forfeited. Your booking will automatically be canceled if no payment is made in 30 days, and will incur a $50 reinstatement fee, plus updated invoice to prevailing rate.

2. Changes & Modifications

​Changes to your booking may result in additional fees imposed by the travel supplier. SNS Elite Travel LLC will assist in rescheduling when possible, but we are not responsible for penalties imposed by our vendors. This can, but is not limited to name changes, birthdays, or number of occupants in your room.

3. Travel Insurance​

To protect your travel investment, SNS Elite Travel LLC strongly recommends purchasing travel insurance. Travel insurance provides financial protection in case of:
✔️ Trip cancellation or interruption due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen events.
✔️ Lost, stolen, or delayed baggage.
✔️ Medical emergencies while traveling.
✔️ Weather-related disruptions.
✔️ Supplier bankruptcy or default.​

Without travel insurance, you assume full financial responsibility for any cancellations, delays, or interruptions beyond our control.

Acknowledgment & Agreement​

By booking with SNS Elite Travel LLC, you acknowledge and accept this non-refundable policy and understand that travel insurance is the only way to protect your investment. If you choose not to purchase travel insurance, you accept full responsibility for any financial loss occurred.​ For travel insurance options, we are happy to provide quotes and recommendations tailored to your trip. We are not insurance brokers and cannot provide guidance on the varying policies.

Not exactly. While we offer premium planning and white-glove coordination, we are not a personal concierge service. That means:

  • We do not offer 24/7 personal texting or call availability

  • We do not handle errands, restaurant reservations, or private in-destination tasks (unless pre-arranged as part of your travel package)

  • Our focus is trip logistics and strategic planning to get you ready for a great vacation

📋 What happens after I book?

Once your trip is confirmed:

  1. You receive your invoice, payment schedule, and confirmation via email

  2. You’ll get access to a final prep Zoom or a digital welcome kit

  3. We’ll send travel updates and reminders before departure via email

  4. Our team is available during business hours to answer trip-specific questions

💬 How should I contact you?

All official communications should go through our business email info@snselitetravel.com or client portal. To maintain clarity and efficiency, we do not respond to personal phone messages or social media DMs/pages for client support.

🤝 Will I work with the same person from start to finish?

Our agency uses a team-based model to ensure consistent, timely service. While you may start with one travel professional, others on our team may assist you along the way. Our team collaborates behind the scenes to ensure your experience is smooth and fully supported.

🛋️ Will you help me pack or print documents?

We provide guidance, reminders, and all digital travel documents. However, we do not offer physical printing, uploading, or packing services. We’re happy to walk you through what to bring and how to prepare!

⚠️ Do you handle emergencies?

Although we are not a crisis response team, your safety is of the upmost importance. If you experience an in-trip emergency, your best resource is your travel insurance provider or the vendor's direct emergency line, which we can provide. We can help connect you to appropriate contacts if needed. .We always offer in destination emergency contacts for international vacations.
